Every Etsy fee, in order

Etsy's fees policy lists these for UK sellers:

Offsite Ads

If a sale comes from one of Etsy's ads on other sites, you pay an Offsite Ads fee of 15% of the order (12% for shops with over US$10,000 of sales in a year), capped at US$100 per order. Tick "Etsy sale came from an Offsite Ad" in the calculator to include it.

What you can sell

Etsy only allows handmade items, vintage items at least 20 years old, and craft supplies. The calculator marks Etsy as unavailable for anything else.

Is Etsy worth the fees?

Etsy's fees are higher than Vinted's, eBay's or Depop's, but its buyers come looking for handmade, personalised and vintage pieces, often as gifts, and expect to pay more for them. Compare what you'd keep at the price each site's buyers will pay, not at the same price.
